3. Would this machine make pellets for sundried saw dust, rice husk, etc. pl. adivise
Raw Material to make Biomass Pellet:
Any type of Agro-Forestry waste can be used. But the Moisture Content Should be Less than 12%, grain size is below 3-5mm.

Pls advise if your raw material's size more than 3-5mm? If yes, you need prepare one unit hammer mill. First crushing raw material below 3-5mm, then put raw material in pellet press and pelletizing.

4. For how long these pellets can be stored and would not be crushed/un-binded.
This machine can process pellets whose dimension is between 4mm-8mm. In addition, the length can be adjustable base on clients demand. Our flat die pellet press can process wood sawdust, straw, different kinds of stalks powder, grass powder, etc. Whether it should add little binder into the material or not which depends on the raw material. But during our several times test, if add little binder into the material, the appearance of final Pellets will become bright. In addition, the best moisture content for pelletizing is between 13%-15%.We have several different capacity of Flat Die Pellet Press which is from 100-300 Kg Per hour.
