How Much Are Small Pellet Machines and How to Pay

Q: How to pay for the small pellet making machine?

A: Generally speaking, the payment term is as follows.

• If the total amount is less than USD3000 , 100% prepayment by TT(Telegraphic Transfer).
• If the total amount is more than USD3000, 30% prepayment by TT, 70% pay before delivery/shipment. Or 30% prepayment by TT, 70% pay against copy of bill of lading by fax or email.
• And the irrevocable LC at sight is acceptable if the total amount is more than USD10000.

Q: Is it possible to issue a proforma invoice for the quotation of the product?

A: Of course , we can send you the proforma Invoice after we confirm the detailed requirements firstly and then confirm the prices etc. And also we need know the detailed buyer information, the nearest or convenient destination port, thanks.

Q: Do you offer loans? Can I use a loan to buy small pelletizer machine?

A: Sorry , we can not provide the supports about loan .

Q: What is the rush charge for each set of small pelletizing machine? 

A: We rarely met clients who asked questions like this. Generally speaking, if the customer needs to rush, we will try our best to communicate with the factory to see if we can shorten the delivery time. If the small pellet machines selected by the customer are made by GEMCO, we will try our best to coordinate. If it is possible to shorten the duration, the customer will not be charged additional fees.The rashing cost is not needed , if we can shorten the delivery time according to the present production plan , we will try our best to do .

Q: Is the trial run charge? Is the trial operation fee charged only for the installation of large sets of complete pellet line? Is this part of the price included in the previous offer, or in the later period?

A: For pellet mill machine, the single machine before leaving the factory should take no-load test to ensure the quality of products before the factory inspection clearance.

• If the customer wants us to add the material and test the small pellet making machine (for example, to help the customer grind the pellet mill die, etc.), these services should be charged, because it involves the worker's fee, etc., but in the actual operation, we have not calculated the cost to the customer. 
• If customers want to test the small pellet machines in our workshop, will certainly not charge, whether or not with their own raw materials. If the materials to be tested are rare, we can't buy them locally, customers need to communicate or pay for them, but the labor fee is free.
• If the order has already been closed, we will add the cost at the discretion if we need to add the material and test the small pelletizer machine, grinding machine before delivery, if the quantity of the machine is large, and need to spend more man-hours.
