This small multifunctional pellet plant, MPL300, is our new small biomass pellets production line that includes all necessary equipment. It adopts international advanced technology. And the pellet mill in this plant is ZLSP300B R-type.The finished pellets have high density (about 1.1-1.3t/m3) and smooth and delicate surface.
The raw materials for making pellets with this plant have a wide range: rice husks, sawdust, corn stalk, cotton stalk, twigs, wood chips, wood shavings and other wooden materials, alfalfa, bagasse, and peanut shell, etc.

This Small Mobile Pellet Pelletizing Systems can be expanded to include a drying system and packing machine as per user's requirements. Thus it becomes a complete system to change dry/wet wood chips, tree branches, tree leaves, stalks or straw into pellets.
